We are looking for taste judges! Below is the list of categories and times. (Must be 18yrs of age to judge)
Friday Night 7/10/26 – Cook’s Choice @ 7:00pm ~ Margaritas – must be 21 to judge! 8:00pm
Saturday 7/11/26 – Bloody Marys – must be 21 to judge! 9:00am ~ Beans 11:00am ~ Chicken 12:00pm ~ Pork Ribs 1:00pm ~ Pork Butt 2:00pm ~ Brisket 3:00pm

VENDOR APPLICATION (Click HERE)
Step1: Complete the Vendor Application form.
Step 2: Vendor Applications are reviewed and selected based on submission date and items/goods to be sold.
Step 3: Once your application has been approved by the Bandera Chamber of Commerce, you will be notified in writing to obtain a Vendor Permit from the City of Bandera. DO NOT APPLY FOR THE CITY PERMIT UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE BANDERA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FIRST.
Step 4: Submit a copy of your Vendor Permit obtained from the City of Bandera.
Important Information:
- Vendor selling times: Saturday, July 11, 2026, 9am-5pm
- Set up times: Saturday, July 11, 2026, 7am-9am.
- Break-down: Saturday, July 11, 2026 5pm-6pm (must be completed NO LATER THAN 6pm)
- Maple Steet will be closed Saturday, July 11, 2026 (7am-6pm) so there will be no vehicle traffic on Maple Street or in/out of the park during this time.
- Vendor spaces available: 15’x15″ and 10’x10′ and are assigned based on vendor set-up description.
- Vendors may set up Friday, July 10, 2026 by special request. (Note: Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort is not responsible for items/goods left on site Friday night.)
