• Garbage – place outside near the road no earlier that 7am and no later than 10am. Dumpersters are also located at the front of the park near the office.
  • Ground Fires – not permitted. However, firepits and bbq pits are permitted as long as they are off the ground. Please note we are under burn bans from time to time and no fires are permitted during buurn bans.
  • Late Check Out – please check with the office about late check outs.
  • Laundry Room – open 24/7. Machines take quarters which are available in the office.
  • Pets – limit 2, aggressive pets not permitted. Pets are not permitted in Rec Center, Saloon or Laundry Room. However, bring your furry friend in to the office for a treat!
  • Quiet Time – 10pm – 7am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.
  • River Access – no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  • RV Wash – rv washes are allowed by professional mobile washers only that bring in their own water.
  • RV & Vehicle Condition – all rigs must be registered and in running or operational order. RVs should look and function as originally designed. Any RV over 10 years old must be approved by management. Unsightly RVs will not be permitted.
  • Sewer – Texas State Law requires a screw in sewer connection.
  • Site Standards – no one likes to camp next to a messy site, and a messy campsite can be an open invitation to unwanted wildlife. Campsites should be clean and neat, free of fire hazards and clutter. Customers shall not make any alteration to the electric, water or sewer connections provided by the campground/resort.
  • Site Maximum – up to 6 people maximum. Rates are based on 2 people, additional fees for extra guests. See Rates.
  • Speed Limit – 5mph.
  • Swimming Pool & Spa – for paid, overnight guests only. Open summer hours 10am-10pm and winter hours 10am-9pm. Adults only in spa. Children under 15 must have an adult guardian present to swim.
  • Vehicles – must have vehicle pass displayed in windshield, do not park in or drive thru empty sites.
  • Visitors – must register and pay in office.

Pet Policy (Two pet limit, no pets allowed in Rentals.)
• ANY ANIMAL/PET EXHIBITING AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IS PROHIBITED FROM THE PARK. Bandera Pioneer River Resort has zero tolerance for aggressive animal behavior.
• Animals/pets must be KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Electronic leashes are not acceptable.
• Animals/pets are NOT ALLOWED in any buildings, the swimming pool, the spa area or restrooms. We do, however, welcome pets to come in the office for a daily treat.
• Please allow your animal/pet to RELIEVE THEMSELVES ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS to include the dog run and along the perimeter fence area. Designated areas DO NOT include plants, shrubs, flowers, flowerbeds, the areas surrounding any buildings or any site other than your own.
• All animal/pet DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP, BAGGED and placed in a trash receptacle.
• DO NOT LEAVE ANIMALS/PETS UNATTENDED on the property. Animals/pets are not to be tied, chained outside unattended.
• The animal/pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the animal/pet to our property and the property of others. Applicable charges will be assessed to cover the cost of repairing damages.

Upon check in you agree that you understand all of Bandera Pioneer River Resort’s policies regarding animals. You agree to take full responsibility, at all times, for any animal you, or your guests, bring into the park. You assume full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury or death you or your guests’ animals may cause, whether directly or indirectly. You understand and agree Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort is not liable in any way for any damage, injury or death or damage resulting from animals brought into the park, directly or indirectly. You hereby waive all liability to Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort, and agree to mediate all claims with the pet owners directly.

This propery is privately owned. You accept camping and site usage privileges and other services with the understanding that you and your party do hereby release Bandera Time, Inc. d.b.a. Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort, its officers, employees, and agents of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to you and/or your party arising out of the use of the Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort property, facilites, and services and you agree to indemnify Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort, its officers, employees and agents against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to you or your party arising out of the use of the Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort property, facilities, and services.
